The Ceremony 4pm

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, on the deck of the Vancouver Rowing Club, overlooking our beautiful city and stunning views of the mountains, Stanley Park Seawall and the ocean.

Cocktail Reception & Photos 4:30-6:30pm

After the ceremony, mix and mingle while enjoying cocktails and canapés in this beautiful setting. There will be some fun activities and games for you to participate in, if you choose to. Since one of David’s and Allison’s favourite parts of their day is brining together their worlds and loved ones, we encourage you all to get to know one another in preparation for the party, while David and Allison are off taking photos.

‘Mingling Dinner’ Reception & Celebration 6:30-’til late

Instead of a sit-down dinner with assigned seating, David and Allison are creating a scrumptious ’Mingling Dinner’ menu. The Rowing Club will be transformed in to a beautiful indoor/outdoor lounge with seating and socializing options throughout. Food will be served at various stations; we hope you enjoy discovering them while feeling free to connect with new and old friends.
